The Loop

FORM TO FEEDBACK.

The five-stage customer-acquisition loop HitCreate runs end-to-end. No glue code, no vendor stack, no spreadsheet.

01

Form lands

A lead drops their details — name, contact, what they want, where they came from. The HitCreate forms-to-email primitive captures it. Surface-agnostic: web form, WhatsApp message, SMS, Slack inbound, MCP tool call.

Primitive

forms-to-email

Real example

Tee Off Sim Hire: customer fills the booking form. Lands in our notification_queue table, fires a Postgres trigger.

02

Reply goes out

The Min Min agent drafts a reply in the client's brand voice. Pulls brand.json (tone, banned words, sign-off), pulls vertical context (golf-sim norms, trades norms, sales norms), drafts. Optionally human-reviewed. Sends.

Primitive

Min Min + Brand Guardian

Real example

Tee Off auto-reply lands in customer inbox 4-30 seconds after submit. Brand-tone enforced ("Hey legend, thanks for the enquiry…" not "Dear sir/madam").

03

CRM gets the entry

Contact, context, deal stage, source surface — all written to the CRM of choice. HitCreate ships a default lightweight CRM. Plays nice with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Closr (our own).

Primitive

CRM bridge

Real example

Closr captures the contact alongside the BDM's own pipeline. No copy-paste. Voice notes from the day get appended automatically.

04

Follow-up sends

Scheduled, branded, drafted. Cadence per vertical. Templates per stage. If no reply in 3 days, gentle nudge. If no reply in 7, last touch. If reply, agent re-drafts based on what they said.

Primitive

Min Min cadence

Real example

Tee Off automated 3-day no-reply nudge. Closr follow-up sequence for cold-prospects in the Brisbane territory.

05

Feedback comes back

Did they book? Reply? Ghost? Convert? Loop closes. The platform records the outcome. The Min Min agent learns: which template worked, which subject line opened, which time slot got picked. Next reply is better.

Primitive

Outcome telemetry

Real example

Tee Off booking conversion rate now visible. hitcreate-review feedback closes the loop on operator → reviewer comments.

What you don't see

Glue code that isn't there.

No Zapier between form and CRM. No Mailchimp between CRM and follow-up. No spreadsheet between follow-up and outcome. The loop runs in one platform with one log.

If you ever want to leave, the platform exports everything as a public schema — see /platform/sovereignty.

See it running on a live engagement.
